The design of Sanjiang Plum is inspired by the city of Wenzhou itself. Situated across the river from the ancient city, the sales office presents a new face of the city to the main urban area. The design extracts and blends the landscape's artistic conception, creating a visual experience that feels both steeped in history and refreshingly novel.

What sets Sanjiang Plum apart is its unique blend of architecture, experience, art, and ceremony. The design team, which includes Guobiao Cao, Lei Yang, Xuxiong Yao, and Tao Chen, respects tradition while using rational thinking to refine and optimize the design. The result is a space that fully meets the aesthetic and functional needs of contemporary individuals.

The realization of Sanjiang Plum was a technical feat. The biggest challenge was the creation of an irregular wave-shaped ceiling, which reflects the beauty of modern style. The design team used a technique called "deconstructing curve art" to evoke a chemical reaction to art in modern people, showcasing the fluidity and inclusiveness of space.

The layout of the sales office is divided into different zones with distinct functions. The design guides guests through a smooth and natural moving line with a clear rhythm. The space installation art used in the design conveys the image of water and light, creating an experiential life aesthetics showroom with a contemporary art atmosphere.

Sanjiang Plum is not just a design; it's a narrative of space. The design team believes that architecture is only a hint, a metaphor of the "foreshadowing" and "boundary constraint" conditions of space. Therefore, the design starts from the architectural form and structure, tempering the space narrative to make people's body, freedom dimension, landscape, natural light, and social life more meaningful.

Sanjiang Plum has been recognized for its outstanding design. It was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
